January 2006 Dear AFTRA Member: As you know, your dues are based on your AFTRA earnings during the previous year. Each year, to help determine the correct amount, members are asked to complete and return an income statement after reviewing their W-2 forms. W-2 forms for 2005 must be mailed by employers no later than January 31 so you should receive yours shortly. Income statements requesting your 2005 AFTRA income are currently being printed and you will receive yours in the mail in about one week. However, you can now provide this information on-line by opening the AFTRA Pittsburgh Homepage at www.aftrapgh.com and clicking on the special "Pay Dues Online" icon . If you have not already used the Members Only section of the site you will be asked to identify yourself as a new user and select a user id and password. If you provide your 2005 earnings via the website, you can discard the paper income statement . Please email membership@aftra.com if you have any questions about the online or paper versions of the income statement . We hope you find this new feature of the website helpful.
