PITTSBURGH (September 18, 2007) At last week's meeting, the Board of Directors was shown the new AFTRA Member/Production/H&R Report forms. These forms are being distributed now and will replace the old ones as soon as possible.

The new report allows AFTRA Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Tri-State to centralize all report and check processing in the Cleveland office, removing that paperwork burden from our local office. The forms are available now at the AFTRA office, and the back of the white original is pre-printed with the processing center's address.

You just fold them, put on a stamp, and drop them in the mail.

The format is similar to the old one with some important changes. Please make sure you read carefully and fill out the forms properly. This assures prompt payment of talent fees and proper crediting of H&R funds. If you need help, call AFTRA Pittsburgh at (412) 281-6767.
