PITTSBURGH (February 16, 2009) Longtime host of the 3WS Sunday Night Oldies Diner, R.D. Summers (Thomas L. Renkenberger), passed away Sunday, February 15, 2009, quietly in his sleep. He was 60. Renkenberger, a loyal AFTRA member, spent the last eighteen years at 3WS, and was a close friend to many. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third St., Beaver, where a funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. |
