Feb. 5, 1926 - April 28, 2009 PITTSBURGH (April 30, 2009) Well-known local actor Bill Zaeh has died. He was 83.
William D. Zaeh, Age 83, of Carnegie, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Bill is survived by his companion Camille T. Neemes of Mt. Lebanon, children, Brion R., Jana D. Ruxton, Colley W. Bishop and Jennifer A.; extended family, Mary M. Neemes and Elizabeth Neemes McKerracher; grandchildren, Brion, Whitney, Bree, Cody, Corey, Cara, Dalton and Duncan and five great-grandchildren. Bill was a Commander US Navy and served in WWII and the Korean War. His passion was the theatre. He was an accomplished director, producer and actor. Bill's desire for his ashes to be distributed at sea will be fulfilled at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Old School House Players, PO Box 246, Hickory, PA 15340. Bill was a friend to many in the theater community, and a long-time member of AFTRA. |
